All registration types other than non-member require a promo code.  To request the promo code (for discounted pricing) please complete THIS FORM. Verifications of registration types will be taking place weekly and you will receive a follow-up email regarding next steps once that is completed.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  Registrants may cancel and qualify for a refund if the request is made thirty (30) business days before the event. Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a $50 service fee. Registrants who are unable to attend and ineligible for a refund may ask to have funds put towards another HIA event. Registrant should maintain any and all related documents, including registration and receipts, which will help HIA account for remaining eligible funds.
