Beckerman is the President of the Hemp Industries Association and sits on the National Board of Directors of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws. Beckerman is an internationally respected voice, writer and renowned public speaker on a spectrum of industrial hemp and cannabis movements. 

Michael McGuffin is serving his 20th consecutive term as President of the American Herbal Products Association. McGuffin is a leading expert on dietary supplement regulation and has been published in scholarly and scientific journals including the Food and Drug Law Journal and Clinical Pharmacology & Therapeutics. 

Author of “Don’t Bet the Farm on Medicaid,” and owner of Hishaw Law LLC, is also the founder and CEO of the non-profit F.A.R.M.S. Hishaw has nearly 15 years of professional experience and is a former EEO Adjudicator of the Office of Civil Rights within the U.S. Department of Agriculture in Washington, D.C.

 Heather is currently the Director of the Promotion and Economics Division of the USDA’s Specialty Crops Program. Pichelman acted as attorney-advisor to the Department of Justice, attorney-advisor to the United States Trade Representative, and assisted with drafting the 2012 Farm Bill language affecting USDA programs. 

Jonathan Miller, Member in Charge, Frost Brown Todd, Lexington, Kentucky, has emerged as one of the nation’s leading advocates for the legalization of hemp. Upon leading successful lobbying efforts that laid the groundwork for the 2018 Farm Bill.
